We now stock the Arduino Pro at 3.3V or 5V. These boards use the ATmeag328 and can be programmed using the latest Arduino IDE. Designed to be cheaper and lighter, it will get you up and running quickly. The Arduino Pro series is meant for advanced users that understand the limitations of system voltage (5V), lack of connectors, and USB off board. If the Arduino Pro is to Big!!! try the Arduino Pro Mini also available in both 3.3V and 5V versions. With a size as big as 18×33 mm and weighting 2 grams these are the smallest Arduino boards ever made.

The Arduino Pro and Arduino Pro Mini 3.3V are ideal for low-voltage electronics, board needs no interfacing circuitry to popular 3.3V devices and modules such as GPS, accelerometers, sensors, ZigBee modules, etc. You will need a serial to USB adapter such as the FTDI Basic Breakout 3.3V or the FTDI Basic Breakout 5V to program these boards. They replace the previous version and have the Auto-Reset feature. No more “Press the Button”. These adapters can also be used to program the new Lilypad board with the ATmega328. They fit straight into the new Lilypad board.
